Sizing: 

• Fits heel stems measuring 5.5 - 15 mm. To find the right size, see image #6 for Sizing Chart.
• Measure your heel using a ruler or measuring tape. Measure precisely to the nearest Millimeter as caps should fit snugly. 

Instructions: 

1. Find the right size. Cap should fit snugly.
2. Slip cap over heel tip. 
3. Push in to secure in place.
